In Brotherhood Lies Our Strength

 After spending the last couples situating ourselves on campus, we are now ready for our first philanthropic event this November 15, 2008: Sugar Spike Off. It's a volleyball tournament set raise awareness of juvenile diabetes and raise funds for JDRF.

The First Annual Sugar Spike OffHaving planned this event well before the start of the semester, we plan on throwing a successful volleyball tournament with all proceed going to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

On behalf of the National Council and brothers nationwide, we would like to congratulate our newest founding class at the University of Miami in Miami, Florida. These individuals worked extremely hard to earn the right to wear our prestigious letters on their chest.

The name `India’ is derived from the River Indus, the valleys around which were the home of the early settlers. The Aryan worshippers referred to the river Indus as the Sindhu. The Persian invaders converted it into Hindu.

 India is well known today for its software and information technology industry. Less well known is that in a nation where more than 300 million people live on less than $1 a day, it is also a real force to reckon with when it comes to top class rocket and satellite technology.

We are committed to pursuing excellence in all aspects of our lives, most notably in leadership and philanthropy. Through our values and goals, we strive to become upstanding members of our community and to inspire others both within and outside of our fraternity to be the same.
As a South Asian Fraternity, Delta Epsilon Psi also strives to promote South Asian awareness on the campuses and communities that its members belong to. We also promote the unity of all South Asians with one another and with all different members of different communities. Delta Epsilon Psi is committed to the cooperation and compromise between different communities and organizations. As the Nu Colony, located in the heart of diversity in Coral Gables, FL, we seek to become the nucleus that brings people of all ethnicities and religions together to attain excellence that only diversity can accomplish.
